Building Progress Update

Nov 2008- The approved plan by the county of Riverside

Feb 2009- We finally secured our grading permit and got to work, unfortunately the economy took its toll, and we did not get much more done.

Feb 2010 - The west retaining wall was built. (No Pics available)

July 2010-Retaining Wall (Rt) was grouted with cement and the Garden wall (left & Middle) was started.

Sept 2010 -The dirt was moved back against the retaining wall. 

April 2011- Sewer connection was completed and brought 40 feet into property line for future sewer needs.

September 2011- A 10" water and fire line was brought in from Main Street to our property for future water an fire needs

Plans & bids are being Secured for the widning of Main Street to four lanes, including and entry into Calvaty Chapel The Brook property, to be completed late 2011-early 2012.
